We're excited to welcome Jérémy Retornaz of Onirique Cider for the evening. Jérémy will be behind the bar sharing his 2024 cider lineup, including:

– Gravenstein
– Automnale
– Hivernale

We’ll be offering glass pours, curated flights, and bottles to take home.

To pair with the ciders, Jérémy will also be making Croques-Monsieurs featuring a blend of fontina, gouda, and gruyere cheeses. Each sandwich comes with chips and house pickles. Fresh Gravenstein apples will be available.

No reservations required—just swing by, bring your appetite, and enjoy a relaxed Thursday evening at Redfield.

You can drop in anytime during our open hours to pick up your ciders.  We offer a free tasting of each month's ciders during our pick-up days and a discount on all other to-go bottle purchases!
